SNOWPLOW TRUCK DRIVER
Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal, hard-working, and self-motivated employee with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Snowplow Truck Driver in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. This is a full-time position available with competitive wages, pension, and a benefits package.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate company equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, including greasing and cleaning.
- Record vehicle information accurately and legibly.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Valid Class DZ license is a must
- Experience driving a plow truck is an asset
- AZ license is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to operate plow truck and experience in winter works operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and management on site
- Good physical condition with the capability of repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in inclement weather.
- Ability to adapt to last minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers.
- Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
