FAMILY FUN DAY

We invite all employees and your families to a Corporate Family Fun Day at Kivi Park on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH 2021, from noon – 4pm.

Here’s what to expect at the event…

Parking

Please try to carpool and use the parking lots located on Raft Lake Road. To access these lots, turn off of Long Lake Road on to McFarland Road and take a right on to Raft Lake Road, you will see the parking lots on your left.

Please do not park along Long Lake Road in front of Kivi Park.

Shuttle Buses

We will have shuttles running from the Raft Lake Parking Lots to the front of the park continually from 11:45 – 4:15pm.

We will also have 6 passenger vans from the parking lot and front of the park to take you to Crowley Lake from 11:45 – 4:15pm.

Masks are mandatory on the shuttles.

Arrival

Please visit us at the registration table at the front of Kivi Park to complete a COVID contact tracing form (sign your name and number) and we will give you the low down on where to go throughout the event! This contact tracing form will also be your ticket for the raffle prizes!

• *PLEASE VISIT THE ADVENTURE365 RENTAL FACILITY ON SITE TO BOOK YOUR BIKING TIME SLOT DURING THE EVENT!

• SOCCER GAME AT 2:00PM – ANYONE ANY AGE CAN JOIN ON THE FIELD!

• BBQ – Burgers, sausages, veggie burgers, salads etc. will be available.

Protocols

To avoid the spread of COVID 19 we ask that you wear masks on the shuttles, use our hand wash stations and sanitizers throughout the park and physical distance when possible. Please be sure to sign your name and number at the registration table for contact tracing upon arrival.
